  • Kick-Off: Where we meet to understand your goals with working together.

    Audit: I’ll dive into your current systems; learning from your team and reviewing the in/outputs of that work.

    Plan: I’ll put together a comprehensive plan and roadmap on what will be done to achieve your goals, and review it with you and the team.

    Execute: We get started! This phase can also include fixing any issues with reporting or tracking of patients if found.

    Continued Support: You have the option to keep working with me past our initial project, where I can manage your systems and front office to ensure things continue running smoothly.

  • My hourly rate is $75 an hour, billed at the end of every month.

    Clients that work with me can expect to pay at least $10,000- potentially more depending on the amount of work needing to be completed to reach your goals.

  • Book the Discovery Call- it’s free and allows us to meet each other, as well as get a feel for what your practice needs.

    Proposal- After our call, I’ll send a custom proposal outlining what we discussed and what I believe needs to be executed (edits are welcome at this stage!)

    Contract - A contract will be sent for you to sign, this does not lock you into completing everything on the proposal- it is your confirmation to make timely payments.

My names Jadyn, I am a digital business manager that specializes in operations. Why Dentistry? I grew up in dental offices; my mom had a successful career in dentistry and by proxy I have had the opportunity to see how a practice runs from many different perspectives. I understand how critical an accurate treatment plan is for building trust and confidence—both for the patient and the team presenting it. I’ve worked the front office and know how overwhelming a disorganized process can be. I’ve transitioned multiple offices from paper to digital charting. It’s also important to acknowledge at the end of the day a practice is a business, and needs to meet goals and funds to continue running. With my experience creating and implementing systems on a massive scale for franchises, multi-million dollar businesses, and knowing exactly what goes into it by starting my own; I’m able to bring a level of support to a practice that is simply not taught in dental school.
