Front Office Coverage | Birdseye DBM (Local Mockup)

Front Office Coverage

You've got coverage for hygienists, assistants, sterile techs, even dentists. Why not your front office?

Have an expert in dental front of house step in for your team; parental leave, vacation, injury, illness, whatever the reason. Skip the stress of covering the front yourself, or hiring and training someone new for just a few weeks at a time.

Get Started

Tell me a bit about your practice and I'll follow up to set up a meet & greet; after that, we lock in your coverage rate together.

Got it, there.

Now let's find a time to meet. I like to sit down with you and your team, interview-style, before anything's locked in.

The Details

What Can Be Covered

However much or however little the front needs, it's covered; here's everything I can step into.

Patient Correspondence

Phones, texts, and emails, answered and followed up on like your practice, not a call center.

Insurance Processing & Verification

Benefits checked and processed before the patient's even in the chair.

Scheduling Maintenance

A schedule that stays full and balanced, not just filled.

Billing & Accounts Receivable

Including delinquency collections, so outstanding balances don't just sit there.

Checking Patients In & Out

A smooth front-desk experience from the moment they walk in to the moment they leave.

Claim Processing & Management

Submitted, tracked, and followed through so nothing gets left on the table.

Treatment Plan Presenting & Selling

Plans presented clearly enough that patients actually say yes.

Reconciling & Reporting

The numbers add up, and you actually know where they stand.

Management

Someone steering the front, not just staffing it.

Experience

Experience Across Every Practice Type

Every practice runs a little differently. I've worked inside enough of them to adjust to yours, not the other way around.

Private Practices

Owner-led, personal, where every relationship on the team matters.

Chain Practices

Standardized systems and multi-location coordination, kept consistent.

Group Practices

Multiple providers, shared front desk, one smooth-running operation.

How It Works

How Do I Get Started?

Preferably, I'd like to meet you and your staff first. Here's what that looks like.

We Meet

Interview-style, with you and your team. I want to understand your current processes, communication, and hand-off, so there's as little adjustment period as possible when I'm needed.

We Lock In Your Rate

After the introduction, we lock in coverage rates together, so when the time comes, the details are already handled and nobody's negotiating mid-crisis.

I Show Up

Parental leave, vacation, injury, illness, whatever it is. Request coverage and I'll do my best to accommodate, even the same day if my schedule allows.

How Much Notice Do You Need?

The sooner the better; however, if I'm available at the time of your request, I'll do my best to accommodate. Coverage can start as soon as the same day, as long as my schedule allows. More notice is always appreciated, but it's never a requirement.

Insurances I Work With

Including:

  • All major insurances
  • Trust fund plans
  • Veteran Community Care
  • Medicaid
  • Discount plans

Payment & Contract

Single-day coverage is invoiced after the covered day. Continuous coverage is invoiced at the end of the month. Active contracts are required to receive coverage.

You will not need to add me to your payroll; your accountant may request a W9, which is available upon request.

I needed last-minute support with front office coverage, billing, and claim management. Jadyn stepped in immediately. She quickly understood our systems and needed very little direction to adapt to the way I prefer my billing and claims handled. Knowing that these critical tasks were being taken care of gave me an immediate sense of relief.

Jadyn is incredibly knowledgeable, dependable, and easy to work with. I felt confident knowing things were in good hands.

Still Deciding?

Here's what most practices ask before booking a meet & greet.

Is this really different from hiring a temp?

Yes. A temp learns your practice while they're covering it. I learn your practice before I ever cover it, in our meet & greet, so there's as little adjustment period as possible when it counts.

What if my practice uses a system you haven't worked in before?

I already work in Curve, Dentrix, EagleSoft, Open Dental, and paper charting; if yours is something else, learning a new software isn't an issue.

How much notice do you need?

The sooner the better. If I'm available when you need me, I'll do my best to accommodate, even on the same day.

What does coverage cost?

It depends on what your front office actually needs, so rates get locked in after we meet, not before. That way you're not paying for coverage you don't need or guessing at a number that doesn't fit your practice.

Can coverage include management, not just front desk?

Yes; I can cover anyone that's out in your front office. This can include training staff, if that would be done by the role I'm covering.

Ready for Backup at the Front Desk?

Tell me about your practice and I'll follow up to set up a meet & greet, so your front office has a plan before you actually need one.
